Week of June 1st
Nothing is more frustrating than when you beat yourself. This week was a perfect example for the Mulletude Ball-Club. After losing the game last week by poor offense, the defense imploded and Mulletude got beat again by the same club two weeks in a row. Mulletude started off the week by pulling Courtney The Rave out of retirement and signing her for the rest of the season. This will strengthen the ball club both offensively and defensively due to her speed and catching ability. In her first game back Rave went 3-3 at the plate. Also this week the team was able to show off its new jerseys, which were a huge success. The first game this week Mulletude beat down team suck like jocks at a Star Trek convention. It was actually painful to even play them. The 2nd game as stated before was close all around, but with easy balls getting past the SS and LF players the other team took a lead and never looked back. Matt Wittke played a good game at 2nd base and helped in turning an inning ending double play.
